Position : Import-Export Supervisor
   Qualification
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as logistics, intemational trade, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of import and export documentation, customs laws, and shipping documents.
  3. At least 3-5 years of experience in a position related to import and export.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  5. Strong leadership, management, and teamwork skills.
  6. Detail-onented, honest, and responsible.
  7. Gender: Male/Female/LGBT.
  8. Age: 30-35 years olds.
    Duties
  1. Plan, manage, and control all import and export processes in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customs authorities, freight forwarders, and customers.
  3. Prepare and verify import and export documents, such as bills of Hading, invoices, and import/export licenses.
  4. Manage and resolve issues arising in the import and export processes.
  5. Analyze and improve import and export processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  6. Prepare reports summarizing the performance of the import and export department.
  7. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
  8. Stay updated on news and developments regarding import and export laws and regulations.
  9. Create and maintain a positive work environment within the team.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
 
 
 
Position : Sales Representative officer
   Qualification
  1. Male or female is welcome.
  2. Bachelor degree with Chemical background or related is preferred.
  3. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, service mind and well organized.
  4. Good human relationship and coordination skill.
  5. Communication of English and computer literacy.
    Duties
  1. Manage achievement of sales targets.
  2. Sell company's products to customer.
  3. Provide good after sales service including managing.
  4. Customer's complaints.
  5. Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.
